Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
At Petaluma Landscaping Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to deliver beautiful, lasting results. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund and resolution policy.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee our landscaping services to meet the agreed-upon scope of work as outlined in your signed proposal or estimate. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our services:

You must notify us within 7 days of service completion.

We will assess the concern and attempt to correct the issue at no additional cost.

If the issue cannot be corrected or you remain unsatisfied after our remediation attempt, we will offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances and the portion of the work in question.
2. Deposits and Cancellations

For larger projects requiring a deposit, cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as custom plant installations, specialty materials, or third-party vendor items are non-refundable once purchased or installed unless defective.
4. Acts of Nature or External Damages
We are not responsible for damages or dissatisfaction resulting from events outside our control, such as weather events, vandalism, or customer neglect after project completion.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after a resolution is agreed upon. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
